You have three (3)payment options:

• 10 Post - dated cheques from September to June made payable to "Bg Music Academy" on the first day of each month. $27.00 per 30-minute private lesson.
• Paying by semestar - There is 3 semesters per season. September - Dec(before Xmass). Jan - March(befor March brake) March - June(after march brake). You have to provide Three (3) Post - dated Cheques (one per semestar) or PAY with pre-authorized VISA - MASTER CARD.(No cash refund for missed lessons)
• Payment per 5 lesson (only for adult music classes) by cash, cheque or
  

A make-up class will only be scheduled if a class is cancelled by your teacher. You will not receive a credit for a missed class.

The B.g. Music Academy in Etobicoke (Toronto) has a 24-hour cancellation policy for private lessons. No lesson will be rescheduled for lessons cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.

Make-up lessons will not be given for absences due to missed appointments, family vacations, extended holidays such as Christmas, long weekends, etc. *Depending on when the Make-Up lesson is scheduled, you may, or may not be, instructed by your regular teacher.

Each student may re-schedule a maximum of two (2) lessons per season ( 10 months), when those lessons are cancelled with 24-hours notice. Lessons cancelled beyond the per season maximum will be charged and no make-up lesson given.

A missed lesson cannot be applied as a credit towards future lessons.

All lessons cancelled by a student's teacher will be re-scheduled as a make-up lesson.

Make-up lessons may be scheduled at any time until August 31st of each year.

A student's lesson time cannot be guaranteed if he or she is absent for more than two weeks, unless payment has been received for the lessons to be missed.

A student's lessons may be suspended if payment is not received in a timely manner.

There is a $10.00 service charge for all NSF cheques

Refunds for private and class instruction are given with one week’s notice to your teacher. Any remaining post-dated cheques will be returned to you by your teacher.
